Andrea and Johnny met each other through a friend’s Instagram story, how cute can that be? They started talking and met up in Sydney for their first date and the rest is history. They only needed one date to confirm that they were exactly what one another had been looking all this while. When asked what was her favourite part of the wedding, Andrea answered that it was the speeches.
“The words, tears and moments that were shared during this time was unforgettable and just pure love. The words that were spoken on our special day will be with us forever and never forgotten.”
The Proposal
Andrea and Johnny had been working apart, one in Brisbane and the other in Melbourne prior to their marriage. They were having a long-distance relationship then and things were hard. Apart from work they were also renovating their new home based in Brisbane. Andrea still recalls the day of the proposal with much delight and quoted it as a day that she will never forget. After visiting both sides of their parents, they decided to spend the rest of their Christmas day in their new home. As Andrea walked in, she saw the corridor lined up with about 100 candles, leading her to the Christmas tree. There she found a ball with ‘Marry me’ written on it and Johnny on his knee, holding that box with the ring and asking the most important question. Yes, was Andrea’s instinct answer.
“My husband made my dreams came true and I have never been so sure of the word ‘yes’ in my life.”

The Wedding Gown
Dress shopping had been very hard for Andrea as she could not seem to find the right gown that exemplifies exotic, romantic and sexy at the same time. She took the phrase ‘dream wedding gown’ to a whole new level because she literally dreamt of her gown one night. She woke up and the next day and sketched the design out. From then on, the task was not to find a perfect gown, but the ideal designer to create her dream gown. Andrea’s gown is a body-hugging lacey low back dress, accompanied with a light long cape attached at the shoulder. It was sexy, romantic and exotic indeed.
