The Love Story
Morgan and Francesco met online and soon discovered that they had a lot of mutual friends. Not only that, they live really near each other and Morgan’s sister attended the same school with Francesco. The world is indeed small and we believe you will always find the right one at the right time, be it 2 kilometres or 2000 kilometres away. The two shared a sweet relationship and Morgan mentioned that she adores Francesco’s family values. She appreciates the way he treats her so well and how he is always very driven in life, willing to do anything to provide for his family.
Francesco planned a helicopter ride to an island and proposed to Morgan at a beautifully draped arbour set up with champagne and chocolates. He was so nervous that he started shaking before they reached the arbour and Morgan was totally caught off guard when Francesco got down on his knee and popped the question.
I love Francesco’s family values and the way he adores me. He is very driven in life and will do anything to provide for his family.
The Wedding Gown
Over the years, Galia Lahav has established itself as one of the leading bridal couture brands in the world and this is the brand where Morgan chose her wedding gown. She initially saw an image of the gown on the internet one year prior to her wedding. She came across an advertisement for Galia Lahav’s trunk show a year later and saw that exact same gown. The gown is a full lace mermaid dress, paired with a chapel length veil that exudes a romantic feel but at the same time complements the slightly traditional looking architecture of Campbell Point house. The gown also stood out well in contrast to the dreamy colours of gold and blush wedding theme.
The Wedding Details
Morgan’s favourite moment of the wedding was when she walked down the aisle and saw the way Francesco looked at her, it must have been quite a touching moment for their family and friends as well. As a romantic and whimsical wedding, Morgan and Francesco opted for a three-tiered cake covered in ganache and blush fondant, which matched the wedding theme really well. The hand bouquet and floral arrangements made use of an abundance of full-bodied blooms that includes posies, roses, hydrangeas and orchids. All flowers were in the shades of beige, blush and brown, bringing a subtle beauty and elegance for the whole wedding.
We know Morgan and Francesco love each other dearly, simply through the sparkle in their eyes when they look at each other! For future brides out there, always follow your intuition and surround yourself with a great team. Lastly, do not stress over the tiniest things! Enjoy every moment of your big day, as you deserve to feel beautiful and blissful!
“Communicate with each other and know at the end of the day, you both want to be treated with love and respect.”
